an episode in a VICE series about icons in the street food space, this episode is about teddy vasquez, the owner of teddy’s red tacos. in editing this, i had to work around a lot of the interview footage since not all of it was the most usable. in the final product, it feels seamless and the bites flow from one to another really well.
